0Fayette County Sheriff’s investigators made an arrest August 5 in connection with a theft that took place on Evans Way in south Fayette County that occurred on July 25.
Investigators have arrested Daniel Ciconte, 21, of Fayetteville, and charged him with theft by taking, according to spokesman Brent Rowan.
This case involved Ciconte stealing jewelry from a residence on Evans Way without the victim’s permission, Rowan said. Investigators were able to recover some of the stolen jewelry and return it to the victim, he added.
