Fayetteville Police are asking for assistance in identifying the suspect involved in an Oct. 16 break-in at the Rite-Aid store at 800 North Glynn Street.

Det. Mike Whitlow said the burglary occurred at approximately 4:45 a.m. on Oct. 16.

Surveillance video shows a subject, believed to be a black male, approximately 5’2”-5’3”, 140- 150 pounds, wearing a long red jacket with reflective stripes, dark pants and work boots, Whitlow said.
The man gained entrance to the store by throwing a rock through the front door.

Whitlow said the man took several tobacco related items and fled the store. The male was driving an older model 4-door sedan, said Whitlow.

Anyone with information is encouraged to contact Detective Mike Whitlow with the Fayetteville Police Department at 770-461-4441.
