These kids were waiting for their turn at Starr’s Mill High School last week for the computer-based, neuro-cognitive baseline concussion test administered to those getting ready for the youth football season. Though not required of players age 10 and up until 2014, Starr’s Mill is one of the few schools in the state getting a jump on the test designed to help recognize concussions resulting from sports-related collisions.
