Enjoying Thanksgiving meal at PTCUMC can also provide meals for others in community

The annual church wide Thanksgiving “Blessed to be a Blessing” meal will be held on Wednesday, Nov. 20, at the Robinson Road Campus of Peachtree City United Methodist Church. Tickets may be purchased in the church foyer between services on Sunday mornings and at the church office daily.

In addition to enjoying a delicious traditional Thanksgiving meal with fabulous fellowship, those attending can purchase a meal as a gift for a shut-in member of the church, provide a dinner for Big Bethel Trinity House, and purchase a Meals on Wheels Thanksgiving and Christmas Day meal for Fayette Senior Services.

Prices are: Adults-$8; children (6-12)-$5; children (5 and under)-free; family maximum-$30; and sponsored meals -$8.

The evening will be filled with surprises including a message from Dr. Dodson that will be a “roll out” of the upcoming Global Impact Celebration “G.I.C.” that will take place Feb. 5 – 9 at PTCUMC.

Dinner will be catered by “Fork In The Road” with a southern Thanksgiving meal.The menu will include turkey, dressing, gravy, green beans, mac/cheese, sweet potato soufflé, biscuits, cornbread, cranberry sauce and cobbler.

Volunteers are needed the day of the dinner to help set-up, serve and clean-up. Sign up to volunteer when purchasing tickets.
