On March 06, 2014 God welcomed into heaven Sabrina Jacobs Radam: Loving mother, daughter friend and tenacious fighter on the war against cancer. Sabrina did things her way to the very end. Rest in Gods peace and love our dear friend. We will never forget you and you’ll be present in your Mother’s and boy’s hearts forever.

A celebration of Sabrina’s life was held on Monday March 10, 2014 from 5-7 p.m. at the Woodmont Country Club. Rev. Donnie Hamrick and Rev. Steven Gibbs officiated. Private interment will be at Sherwood Memorial Gardens, Jonesboro, Ga.

Survivors include, her beloved sons, Jake Radam, Canton, Ga., Cade Radam, Canton, Ga. and Luke Radam, Canton, Ga; mother and step father Brenda & Al Yougel, Peachtree City, Ga.; father, Densley Anderson, Dawsonville, Ga.; adopted father Charles Jacobs, Saint Mary’s, Ga., Elisa Dauphince and family, Mt. Dova, Fla. She is also survived by her beloved dog Murphy.
