Sue Shaffer (middle), Walk Chair for the 15th Annual Southern Crescent Walk To End Alzheimer’s, is all smiles as she receives a $5,000 donation from Piedmont Fayette Hospital. Presenting the generous check to her is Debbie Britt – Executive Director, Community and Public Relations, Piedmont Fayette Hospital. The Walk, which includes participants from Clayton, Coweta, Fayette, Henry, Meriwether, South Fulton and Spalding counties, will be held in Peachtree City on Saturday, Oct. 4.
