Fayette County students and “GenerationOn” members Caleb Ramirez, Hannah Ramirez, Josiah Ramirez, Dayana Rodriguez, Caroline Owusu, and Florence Owusu participated in the 2015 Lutheran Martin Luther King Jr. Day of Service this year by giving four hours of community service to benefit the refugees resettled by Lutheran Services of Georgia and the community of Clarkston.

Volunteers participated in service projects including packing rice for newly arrived refugees resettled by Lutheran Services of Georgia; sorting, reading, and distributing books to school-aged children, and writing letters to immigrants in detention in Georgia.
