The South Metro Rose Society will meet Monday, April 27, for a meeting full of expert tips from two speakers.

The meeting begins at 6:30 p.m. at the Heritage Bank at 440 N. Jeff Davis Drive in Fayetteville.

All rose growers from novice to expert are invited to attend free of charge.

Cindy Dale, master rosarian, horticulture judge, and national rose show winner will share her expertise on selecting and preparing roses for the upcoming 30th Annual SMRS Rose Show on May 16 in Fayetteville.

Join the group in learning what judges look for in a rose show and tips for novices who may be interested in venturing into the world of showing roses. 

In addition, Lee Hale, master rosarian and nationally acclaimed arrangements teacher and judge, will speak on the art and beauty of arrangements using roses.
