The folks who planned the Memorial Day Service in Fayetteville did a great job.
The only fly in the ointment was Fayetteville Mayor Greg Clifton injecting politics into the ceremony when the program was supposed to be all about our veterans.
After straying into a political comment, he said, ”That was a subject for another day.”
Mayor, it certainly was. Enough said.
