Mr. And Mrs. Thomas Gannon of Peachtree City, Ga. are delighted to announce the engagement of their daughter, Kathleen Ryan Gannon to John Francis Palka V, son of Liz Austin and John Palka of Phoenix, Ariz.

    The bride to be is a graduate of Woodward Academy, College Park, Ga. and earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Villanova University, Villanova, Pa. Katie is currently Director of Marketing for Superior Mobile Medics, Inc. in San Diego, Calif.

    The groom to be is a graduate of Brophy College Preparatory, Phoenix, Ariz. and earned his Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Marketing and Management from Loyola University, New Orleans, La. John is currently a Project Manager for Xerox Corporation.

    Their wedding will take place this summer in Carlsbad, Calif.

    The couple will reside in San Diego.
