Members of Hopewell United Methodist Church in Tyrone invite the community to share in their Christmas services.

On Saturday, Dec. 19, at 7 p.m., the church will host an outdoor service around the Nativity, with Christmas carols and the Christmas Story. Following the gathering there will be fellowship and refreshments around a bonfire.

On Christmas Eve, Dec. 24, a traditional service will be held at 7 p.m. to prepare everyone for Christmas Day. Everyone in the community is invited to these services.

“You do not need to be a member of the Methodist Church, or any church, to participate and celebrate Christmas at Hopewell,” a spokesperson said.

Hopewell Methodist is at 351 Jenkins Rd., across from Sandy Creek High.
