Fayette County Master Gardener Extension Volunteers participated in the 2016 Earth Day Festival April 23 on Shakerag Hill in Peachtree City.
Visitors to the UGA Fayette County Extension booth learned about pollinators, pollution, raised-bed gardening, as well as the many free and low-cost educational offerings available to residents.
Children were encouraged to plant a zinnia to take home.
