The Peachtree City Library Art Initiative has announced an exhibit of Mia Brody’s 3D paper art.

Brody creates her paper art based on books that have inspired her throughout her life. The works incorporate pages from the books to complete the message and spiritual connection.

She has a degree in advertising and studied in Europe, at the Creative Circus for art direction and the Portfolio Center for design. A freelance graphic designer, she teaches art at the Haven House, a domestic abuse center.

The exhibit continues through June 27. The reception is Thursday, May 12, 7-8:30 p.m.

Brody will present a workshop in conjunction with the Library’s summer youth program July 8 at 2 p.m. Contact youth librarian Janet Dukes to reserve a space.
