The Overlook retail area along Ga. Highway 54 West is finally set to open. The recent opening of Chick-fil-A and that of RaceTrac earlier this week will be followed by others in mid-August and extending through early 2017.

The nearly 5,000 sq. ft. Chick-fil-A bordering Hwy. 54 West was the first to open and was followed mid-week by the RaceTrac Neighborhood Center outfitted with 20 pumps.

Up next, and at the rear of the property is the expected opening of anchor tenants T.J. Maxx and HomeGoods on Aug. 11, followed by Michaels arts and crafts on Aug. 14 and Ulta fragrance and cosmetics on Aug. 21.

Expected to open on Sept. 28 is Versona women’s clothing followed in late October by rue21 clothing.

Coming in February is Hibbett Sports and, sometime in early 2017, the retail shops in the small adjacent building at the retail center.
