As part of the activities throughout the county scheduled for Sunday, Sept. 11, the annual National Night Out will take place from 4 to 6 p.m. at Huddleston Elementary School, 200 McIntosh Trail in Peachtree City.

Visit with Peachtree City and Fayette County public safety and community-based crime prevention agencies at this free event. Check out helicopters, police vehicles, fire engines, and various other pieces of public safety equipment.

All children who attend the event can participate in the extremely popular public safety scavenger hunt, which yields lots of goodies and prizes donated by the community.
