Para Belle Walker Moon, 84, of Fayetteville, Ga., passed away peacefully on August 31, 2016.  

Mrs. Moon was originally from Jamestown, Ga.  She was a founding member of Harps Crossing Baptist Church, Fayetteville, Ga. Through the years she enjoyed square dancing, line dancing, and loving her family.  She will be remembered for her quick smile, her giving heart and her strong faith.

Left to cherish her memory are;  husband of 62 years, George Richard Moon Sr. originally from Oglethorpe county Ga; daughter Terri Holland and husband John; son Richard Moon and wife Susan. Grandchildren include Christie Roach and husband Randy; Jeff Holland and wife Suzie; Tony Holland; Denise Collins; Charles Moon and wife Leah;  Christen Attebery and husband Eric; and John Provine. Her great grandchildren include Kylan, Caden, Camden, Ryker, Hudson, Alexis, Charlize, Tony, Tyler, Taylor, Randi-Lee, Natalie, Persephone and Connor.

A graveside service was held at Rosewood Kellum Memorial Gardens in Virginia Beach on Saturday, September 3 at 11 a.m.
