Mariah Kristen Carroll and Jared (Jay) Bright were married on Saturday, June 11, at Tallon Winery in Lexington, Ky.  Steve Wheeler officiated the ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Joe and Jen Carroll of Mount Orab, Ohio, and the granddaughter of Daryel and Jenny Gillman of Bethel, Ohio, and Jim Carroll and the late Connie Carroll of Mount Orab, Ohio. Mariah graduated from Brown High School and the University of the Cumberlands.  She is employed with Northside Elementary School in Clinton, Miss.

The groom is the son of Renee Bright of Fayetteville and Stacey Bright of Locust Grove and the grandson of Ray and Evelyn Stanley of Fayetteville and Wade and Dora Bright of Stockbridge.  Jay graduated from Whitewater High School and the University of the Cumberlands. He is employed as an assistant football coach with Mississippi College in Clinton, Miss.  

Following a honeymoon to the Dominican Republic, the couple resides in Pearl, Miss.
