These fashionably dressed young ladies fit right in to the Mad Hatter’s Tea Party held Nov. 12 at the Newnan Centre and sponsored by Family Patterns Matter and Youth Against Bullying. A problem far more widespread than many in the community understand, attendees at the event were reminded that bullying is a repetitive behavior, is intentional and is power-based.
