Breastfeeding Basics provides information to expectant couples on the benefits of breastfeeding for mother and baby, correct positioning and latch, milk volume expectations and breast pumps. It will also cover what to expect during the early breastfeeding days as well as later returning to work.
The next class is Saturday, Jan. 14, 10 a.m.-noon, led by Jan Mannion in the Cancer Wellness Activity Room at Piedmont Fayette Hospital, third floor. Fee is $10.
