Patricia A. Covey, 78, of Fayetteville, passed away February 8, 2017.

She owned and operated the Tan Zone in Fayetteville for 10 years, and was known by many as the “Tan Zone Lady.” She was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses.

Patricia was preceded in death by her husband, Perrin Covey, and sons, Wayde Barnes and Mark Barnes, and her parents.

She is survived by her son, Alan (Juli) Barnes; daughter-in-law, Amy Barnes; three grandchildren; sister, Becky Barnes; and brother, Richard Enlow.

A graveside service was held Thursday, February 9, 2017, at 2 p.m., at Camp Memorial Park, with Mr. Jack Wells officiating.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witness, 1820 Upper Woolsey Road, Hampton, Ga. 30228.
