Members of the Georgia House Delegation recognized Fayette County Public Schools Superintendent Dr. Joseph Barrow at the State Capitol on February 22 in honor of him being named Superintendent of the Year for Georgia.
Dr. Barrow was presented with a resolution in his honor, and was given the opportunity to address the house floor.
