Christians owe a duty to immigrants to U.S.

To all our politicians:

I am tired of hearing so-called conservatives rant about the rule of law while espousing the need to live by Christian principles. You can’t have it both ways.

If you want Christian principles, I suggest you remember Jesus commandments: “Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: Love your neighbor as yourself. All the Law and the Prophets hang on these commandments.”

While you are hypocritically demanding the “rule of law,” maybe you should remember Christianity without love is dead.

We are a country of immigrants. Our parents and grandparents came to this country fleeing many hardships from their countries. Fix the immigration process instead of pandering to the extremists just to get elected.

Are you a Christian or not?
