Jerry Michael Morrow, 75, of Fayetteville, went to be with the Lord at home surrounded by his family on September 17, 2017.

He was born in Lineville, Ala. on September 27, 1941 to Curtis and Audie Morrow.  Jerry retired from Delta Airlines and was also a former youth league baseball coach and umpire.  He was a dedicated member and former deacon of Lisbon Baptist Church.  Jerry loved Alabama Crimson Tide football.

Jerry is survived by his wife of 58 years, Clois Morrow; daughters, Rhonda (Gary) Jackson of Covington  and Debbie (Wade) Forrester of Fayetteville; son, Jeff (Dana) Morrow of Fayetteville; daughter, Sandra (Matt) Turner of Brooks; grandchildren, Kayla (Colby) Matthews, Kyle (Vicki) Jackson, Justin Forrester, Emileigh Forrester, Anna (Alex) Morrow, Alec Morrow, Adam Morrow, Tori Turner, Madi Turner, and Wyatt Turner; great-grandchildren, Briley Matthews, Brody Matthews, Beau Jackson and Knox Kibe; and sister, Elaine Goodman.

A funeral service was held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, September 21, 2017 at Lisbon Baptist Church, Fayetteville with Reverend David Rathbun officiating.  Burial followed at Lisbon Baptist Church Cemetery.  The family received friends on Wednesday, September 20, 2017 from 5-8 p.m. at Mowell Funeral Home, Fayetteville
