Lindsey Nicole Powell, 21, of Fayetteville passed away on July 12, 2018.  She was born in Riverdale, Ga. on June 23, 1997.

Lindsey was a Team Lead at Sam’s Club.  She was an animal lover, especially cats. She attended Whitewater High School.  Lindsey was deeply loved by her family, her friends and all who knew her.

Lindsey was preceded in death by her grandfather, Albert “Ed” Davis, her grandmother, Martha Powell, and her grandfather, Will Simao.

She is survived by her father, Tray Powell (Gina Berg); her mother, Gina Wilson (Ted); her sisters, Chelsea, Stephanie and Audrey; her grandfather, William Powell; her grandmother, Anne Simao; her niece and nephew, Daylee Powell and Hunter Marchant; her aunts, Diana (Brad) Martel and Jan (David) McAfee; her uncles, Troy (Suzanne) Powell and Bill Powell, Jr.; and several cousins and extended family.

The funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, July 18, 2018 at Carl J. Mowell & Son Funeral Home, Fayetteville Chapel, with Chaplain Ken Koon officiating.  The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. on Tuesday evening, July 17, 2018.
