The Reverend Michael Wilton, Palmetto, received the Commendation of Excellence for his work during 2020 for increasing and improving the social media and internet presence for the churches in the Diocese of the Mid-South (Georgia and Tennessee). Wilton led a team of five people who invested hundreds of hours in the development of a diocesan website whose purpose is to benefit all the churches and worked with churches and leaders to assist them in being more effective and efficient in their internet presence.
