Steve Brown, Happy Friday and many thanks to you for shining the bright light of truth on our PTC mayor and certain council members.

I sent this to [Frank] Destadio. Frank tells me I do not know how government works. Frank does not know where I worked or what I know. Frank just assumes none of the voters know as much as he does.

Thought you would enjoy this. Keep up the excellent work you do writing and shining the light of truth on local government. I look forward to your articles everytime.

David, you obviously do not understand how the City Council is supposed to work. Neither does Ms. Brown.

The City Manager provides the overall direction and should have initially answered Mr. Brown’s questions so that he would get the correct answers. Not my answers, or answers from each Council Member like Ms. Brown who may not have the exact answer to each question.

If Ms. Brown wanted to answer the questions, she should have given the City Manager the initial reply. This is what I told her.

She in fact does not speak for the City, or any Council member. She was wrong and violated our protocol. She knows that, but does not care. She just loves the limelight.

I do not know you, or where you’ve ever worked, but wherever it was I am sure there was a protocol that you observed.
