F3 Nation, the international revolutionary fitness and leadership development movement for men, is now expanding in Fayette and Coweta counties, just in time to help men achieve their 2025 fitness goals.
Founded in 2011 in Charlotte, North Carolina, F3 stands for Fitness, Fellowship, and Faith. It is a free, peer-led workout that emphasizes camaraderie, leadership, and self-improvement.
F3 Nation offers men of all fitness levels the opportunity to improve their physical and mental health. The workouts are challenging, yet scalable, allowing each individual to push themselves to their own personal limits. The community aspect of F3 is also critical, as participants are encouraged to work together, support each other, and build meaningful relationships.
“As a newer resident to Fayette County, F3 helped me meet a community of guys who were also working on their personal fitness,” explained Carl Hoverstad. “I hadn’t worked out in years, but they welcomed me and immediately I felt like I was part of the group.”
With its unique combination of fitness, fellowship, and faith, this movement is more than just a workout. From leadership development to community service, F3 Nation encourages individuals to make a positive impact in their own lives and the lives of those around them.
“This is not just about getting in shape; it’s about improving yourself mentally, emotionally, and spiritually,” said Adam Stembridge. “The workouts are tough, but the camaraderie and support you receive from your fellow F3 brothers make it all worth it. It’s not just a fitness movement; it’s a community that is transforming lives.”
F3 Nation hosts outdoor, bootcamp style workouts at Peeples Elementary School & Booth Middle School (Peachtree City), Central Christian School (Sharpsburg), Whitewater High School (Fayetteville), and Downtown Courthouse Square (Newnan).
