Peachtree City, GA — StartUp Fayette is proud to announce its next event, “Building Culture from Day One,” a powerful discussion designed to help entrepreneurs and business leaders cultivate strong, purpose-driven company cultures from the ground up. The event will take place on Tuesday, June 17th from 5:00-7:00 PM at Launch Fayette, 250 S. Peachtree Parkway, Peachtree City, GA.

This month’s featured speakers include:

• Stephen Childs, Chief Human Resources Officer of Panasonic Global. As a global executive with a deep understanding of leadership, employee engagement, and innovation, Childs brings decades of experience in building resilient, high-performing teams.
• Valerie Alexander, best-selling author, renowned speaker, and founder of Speak Happiness, an organization focused on workplace culture, communication, and emotional intelligence. Valerie is a passionate advocate for creating environments where people can thrive.

Together, these two thought leaders will explore how to intentionally shape workplace culture from day one, with a focus on aligning values, boosting retention, and creating long-term success.

As a special benefit, this session is eligible for 1 HRCI and SHRM continuing education credit, courtesy of the Southern Crescent Human Resources Association (SMHRA).

In addition, complimentary pizza will be provided by Your Pie Peachtree City, offering attendees a chance to connect over food before the discussion begins.
