We are well into the month of June now, and for the Christian community in Fayette County, that means that Vacation Bible School season is in full swing.  Vacation Bible Schools typically offer programs for preschool and elementary aged children that include teaching, games, snacks, music, and oftentimes skits and crafts.  Many churches have already had VBS for this summer- some, like Carriage Lane Presbyterian Church in Peachtree City, with 141 students attending- a 41% increase since last year!  For parents considering sending their child to Vacation Bible School this summer, here is a guide to all the upcoming Vacation Bible School weeks in Fayette County.  Age ranges and registration deadlines vary greatly across churches, with some programs requiring registration weeks in advance and some allowing students to sign up the day VBS begins or even during the week, so be sure to check out each church’s official website or Facebook page for details!
