Tous Les Jours is a rapidly-growing Korean-French fusion bakery chain with several locations now  located off of North Peachtree Parkway in the Kedron shopping center, just near the Kedron Chick-Fil-A.  The Korean side of the menu features ube teas and unique baked goods such as green tea cake, while French pastries, coffees, and croissants that one might expect in a typical patisserie are also available.  There is also a small refrigerator section with deli sandwiches and sodas.

The restaurant’s interior is attractively decorated in pink and white with gold accents, the pastries are tasty, and the coffee, while unlikely to become the restaurant’s main selling point, is no cause for complaint (For reference, I ordered a blueberry cloud cream donut and an iced Americano with no cream or sweetener).  There is also a wide variety of choices available: I counted at least four kinds of croissant.  Donuts, packaged in adorable little individual boxes, come with several flavored fillings.  To avoid decision paralysis, I advise checking out the menu online before going in: https://tljus.com/

However, one thing visitors must know before ordering is that, unlike in a traditional bakery, one does not simply order at the counter and wait for food to be brought out.  Instead, there is a buffet-style line including a counter and a large pastry case, where guests fill their trays with croissants, sandwiches, or whatever strikes their fancy before getting to the counter and ordering a coffee or tea.  The exception is the macarons and slices of cake, which are sold at the counter.  This setup is clearly meant to accommodate the wide variety of baked goods that the bakery offers, but it can be confusing on the first go-round.  Additionally, the atmosphere was a little louder than some other coffeeshops, and as of today Tous Les Jours seems to be more of a place to socialize than to read or work.  However, this could simply be a feature of being an opening day, rather than a hallmark of the café’s overall atmosphere.
