The PTC Running Club is proud to announce the 45th annual PTC Classic will take place on Saturday, 18 October this year. Both courses are USTAF Certified courses, with the Open 5K a Peachtree 10K qualifying event. And the 15K race is the RRCA Regional Championship.

Both races are run mostly on paved golf cart paths that will take you through the green belt areas, by lakes, through small tunnels, across bridges, and on the scenic routes through the planned community of Peachtree City. The course was voted the Best Course by Georgia Athlete Magazine. Nearly 80% of our participants each year are return runners which speaks volumes about the quality of this race.

All finishers will receive a special commemorative edition technical shirt to mark the 45th year of this Classic event and a 45th anniversary commemorative medal.

Packet pick-up will be held at the Fred Brown Amphitheater, Friday, October 17th, from 4:00 – 8:00 PM. A Race Day Expo will be held on Saturday from 9:00 – 11:30 AM also at the Frederick Brown Amphitheater. The Expo will include health and fitness products, sponsors, and selected vendors.

You can register online on the club web site at 2025 — Peachtree City Classic Road Race — Race Roster — Registration, Marketing, Fundraising Applications will also be also available at various locations in Peachtree City, Newnan, and Fayetteville, including local recreation departments, libraries, and sporting goods stores beginning in September. If you have any further questions about the race, you can send an e-mail to [email protected] or call 770-461-4450.
