Organizers of the American Cancer Society’s 12th annual “Cattle Baron’s Ball” are proud to announce that this year’s ball raised $100,000, bringing the 12 year total for the annual western themed fundraiser to $1.3 million dollars.

“I am so thrilled with this year’s Cattle Baron’s Ball,” says Event Chairperson Sarah Palmer. ”Everyone seemed to have a great time, peoplewere in good spirits, there was lots of dancing, lots of bidding and mostimportantly we raised a lot of money for the American Cancer Society.”

Palmer led the committee of local volunteers. 

“It takes a large group of volunteers and local business supporters to produce this really fun, very successful event.” said Palmer. “On behalf of the entire Cattle Baron’s Committee, I want to thank all of the localbusinesses in Coweta and Fayette counties for their wonderful support.”
