As an uninformed non-lawyer, I read with great interest Mr. Claude Paquin’s scholarly article regarding district voting.
For Mr. Paquin and all the other lawyers and judges who drink the “disparate impact” Kool-Aid, I have only one question: “Why is the lady who holds the ‘Scales of Justice’ blindfolded?”
