Aivars and Eva-Marie Apsite of Grandville, Mich. announce the engagement of their daughter, Monika Apsite, to Chad Davis, son of Wayne and Jackie Davis of Richlands, Va.
Monika is a graduate of Grand Valley State University in Allendale, Mich., and is a music teacher at Morrow High School in Clayton County.
Chad graduated from Liberty University in Lynchburg, Va., and is an assistant youth pastor at New Hope Baptist Church in Fayetteville.
A September wedding is planned in Jonesboro.
