Grandparents and Kin Raising Grandchildren is planning for the next school year and seeking anyone who wishes to participate in its “Pack A Back” campaign which collects new backpacks and school supplies for its clients.
Here are some ways that you can help:
Sponsor a child/youth. For only $50, you can supply a brand new backpack filled with grade-appropriate school supplies to a deserving student.
Host a drive. Put a box at your business to collect supplies from your customers.
Contribute gift cards, backpacks, or school supplies. All donations are tax-deductible as allowed by law.
