Devin and Elise Hipp of Peachtree City announce the birth of their daughter, Evelyn Grace Hipp, born at 1:28 p.m. on Sept. 2, 2009, at Piedmont Hospital in Atlanta. Evelyn weighed 7 lbs., 4 oz. and was 20 inches long. Grandparents are Rick and Molly Mendenhall of Peachtree City and Mark and Jan Hipp of Peachtree City.
