Healing4Heroes was recently presented checks totaling $3,000 to help support the Veterans Assistance Program at the monthly meeting of Auxiliary Unit 50.

The American Legion Auxiliary District Four president for 2016, Liz Geiger, chose Healing4Heroes as her President’s Project and collected $2,876.94 from various Auxiliary Units in the Georgia area. Liz rounded up the total to $3,000 by adding a personal check for the balance.
