Classifieds Frequently Asked Questions

How do I create my classified ad?

  1. Step 1: Click “Add” under Classifieds.
  2. Step 2: Fill in your contact details (name, email, optional phone).
  3. Step 3: Write a concise title and description, then choose one or more categories.
  4. Step 4: (Optional) Upload up to 3 images (JPG/PNG/GIF, max ~5 MB each).
  5. Step 5: Enter a price and/or location if desired.
  6. Step 6: Choose a package (Basic, Showcase, or Premium), preview your ad, then publish and pay via PayPal.
Note: Your ad remains pending until payment is completed.

What are the package options and pricing?

  • Basic – $15: Standard listing with photo gallery for 7 days.
  • Showcase – $25: Enhanced placement with same duration.
  • Premium – $50: Featured priority placement.

All ads last 7 days and are self-service pricing.

How many photos can I add, and what are the requirements?

Up to 3 images per ad.

Accepted formats: .jpg, .png, .gif.

Max file size: around 5–10 MB each (best kept under 5 MB).

Why is my photo failing to upload?

Check file type and size—ensure it’s JPG/PNG/GIF and under 10MB.

If upload stalls, try a different browser or clear your cache.

When will my ad appear?

Ads go live after payment clears.

If it doesn’t appear immediately, clear your cache or refresh/try another browser.

Can I edit my ad after posting?

Yes, but you must be logged in.

Go to “Manage Your Ad”, find the listing, and you can edit details or renew it.

What if I don’t want to register?

You do not need an account to post—but creating one is strongly recommended for editing or renewing ads easily.

How is payment handled?

Payment is processed via PayPal.

If there’s an issue, you’ll receive an email with a payment link. Ads are not activated until payment is made.

Can I post from my mobile device?

Yes! Mobile support is available for posting and managing ads—formerly limited but now fully functional.

What categories can I post in?

How long will my listing remain active?

All packages (Basic, Showcase, Premium) run for 7 days from publication.

How do I remove or renew a listing?

Visit “Manage Your Ad”, find your live listing, and choose to renew (if expired) or delete it entirely.

What image formats and sizes are acceptable?

Supported formats: .jpg, .png, .gif.

Recommended size: under 5 MB for best performance; system allows uploads up to 10 MB.
