A Peachtree City man was arrested June 5 on outstanding charges from Spalding County including one count of criminal attempt to commit murder, police said.

Kevin Rossborough, 47, was arrested Sunday after an officer spotted him driving and recalled that he likely had a suspended license, said Peachtree City Police Lt. Mark Brown.

When the car’s tag was run, it revealed several outstanding warrants from Spalding County, and Rossborough was placed under arrest, Brown said.

Rossborough also had warrants from Spalding County for criminal attempt to commit robbery, impersonating a police officer and aggravated assault with a firearm, police said.

Rossborough also was cited by the Peachtree City officer for driving with a suspended license, police said.
