Martial arts classes for kids and adults
Tyrone Recreation has announced Kuk Sool for kids and adults for $10 per class with no contract.
Kids’ classes are Monday at 4 p.m., Wednesday at 5 p.m. and Saturday at 10 a.m. Classes for adults are Tuesday at 7 p.m., Wednesday at 6 p.m. and Saturday at 10 a.m.
Classes focus on self-protection skills, joint manipulation, hand striking and kicking.
